oK SO this is epic. You can actually continue the game after you leave the room. If you jump while moving forward you are just fast enough to get to the next room. Then in the hallway the music changes and you can no clip through the left most wall by jumping. You're controls will be reversed when doing this and you don't want to move to far into the black void lest yee be lost BUT you must wait a bit there until Ash busts through the next wall.

Also to specify you can move slightly diagonal while jumping without losing momentum. Hope that helps/
